When you hear the words, "there is no substitute for hard work," you better believe it because it is so true. Sometimes people think what you do is easy and wish and pray to be in your shoes, but if they could take a look through your lens to see the long hours, sacrifices, and hard work that you put in to see your dreams become reality they would know that it's not all roses. They would also be able to see that their dreams are at their fingertips - on the other end of hard work. 

Don't believe the hype. Reaching your dream will take Hard Work. There is no substitute.
